Assistant Regional Resource Development Specialist (ARRDS)

 
This is an administrative position for the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver and the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion waiver as an Assistant Regional Resource Development Specialist (ARRDS) for Headway of WNY, an affiliate of People-Inc. Headway of WNY oversees six counties of Western New York.

This position is full-time and is a key team member, trained in:

• Accepting and documenting referrals
• Tracking cases
• Facilitating provider enrollment
• Completing assessments of participants
• Conducting training sessions for Headway waiver programs to provider agencies

The ARRDS assists the team with SRI review. This position is currently hybrid with opportunity to work from home.
