Virtual Auction is Now Open

Please follow these Instructions for fair participation:

Participants may bid on any number of items, no restrictions

The highest bid for each item will win!  This is a ‘virtual auction’ – submitted bids will not be visible automatically.

Only bids that are equal to or greater than the starting bid amount will be accepted. 

There will be two rounds of bidding. 


Round #1 Bidding 

Wednesday, June 16 - Wednesday, June 23

To place a bid on any of the items, please send an email to support@HeadwayofWNY.org with the following information: 

After we receive your bid(s), you will receive email confirmation with your assigned bidder number. Keep track of your bidder number, this is how you will be identified in Round Two!

We will only record your name, address, phone number and email address in our records. This info will not be shared. Only winning names will be announced at the end of the process or if you prefer, just your bidder number.

First round of bidding ends at midnight on Wednesday, June 23

On Thursday, June 24 initial bid amounts for each item will be announced and posted on this webpage, as well as our Facebook page. 

Bidders will also receive an email notification.

Round #2 Bidding

Thursday, June 24 -  Wednesday, June 30

This is your chance to outbid your competitors! 

Second round closes on June 30 at midnight.  

THE HIGHEST BIDDER FOR EACH ITEM IS THE WINNER.  

In the case of a tie bid, the first email received will be the winner. 

Winners will be notified on Thursday, July 1, 2021 or shortly thereafter by phone or email. 

Payment for winning items can be made online or with a check, made out to Headway of WNY, Inc.  

Once payment is received, your item(s) will be mailed or arrangements for pick up will be coordinated.

 

Remember—If you really want an item, make your best offer!
